ND bill would let you put your Facebook account in your will

A new law is introduced at the state Capitol today, that would allow you to write in your will — who could have access to those accounts once you are deceased.

“Whatever they’re giving to them in inheritance that would be done in clause, so their inheritors to me implied that whatever is according to their will would have to be obeyed by set inheritors, it’d be similar to inheriting their house,” Ben Hanson said.

The bill is House Bill 1455.
