Washington, DC- Today, Congressman Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced his subcommittee assignments for the House Committee on Natural Resources and the Science, Space and Technology Committee.

Congressman Kevin Cramer (R-ND): “I am honored to serve on the House Natural Resources Committee and the subcommittees on Energy and Mineral Resources, Indian and Alaska Native Affairs and Public Lands and Environmental Regulation,” Cramer said. “All North Dakotans know our state offers an abundance of natural resources which are vital for economic growth and energy independence,” Cramer continued. “I look forward to working with Chairman Doc Hastings and all members of the full committee and subcommittees to promote common-sense legislation which will spur our nation’s energy markets, enhance the communities of our Native American Tribes, and put Americans back to work.”

Chairman Doc Hastings (R-WA): “I am pleased to welcome Representative Cramer to the House Natural Resources Committee. His vast experience in economic development, with a particular emphasis in energy development, will be an invaluable resource to this Committee as we continue to focus on job creation and the smart responsible use of our Natural Resources. I look forward to working with Representative Cramer in the 113th Congress,” said House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Doc Hastings.

All of this work begins in the Subcommittees. I look forward to joining Rep. Kevin Cramer to advance policies that spur innovation, job creation and economic growth.”
