WATFORD CITY, N.D. (AP) – The deaths of 2 Watford City teenagers in a violent crash has the city’s mayor calling for state officials to do more about traffic problems in the booming western oil patch.
Mayor Brent Sanford tells The Bismarck Tribune (http://bit.ly/13ICIT4) thousands of trucks are traveling on two-lane highways, and local residents are afraid to venture out. He calls it “an absolute horror story.”
