Harvard Poll: Americans Trust The Media Even Less Than The Trust Congress
To be fair, “Wall Street” ranks below both of those categories at the very bottom of the list, but given how often Congress and the media team up to demonize Wall Street to draw attention from their own misdeeds (and how often Wall Street joins into unholy alliances with big government to rent-seek at the expense of the taxpayers) that’s less a commentary on capitalism than a commentary on the crony-capitalism.
Given how little people trust Congress, I wonder why in the world anyone would want to put those idiots in charge of our health care. Tags: Asshats, Domestic Issues, Politics
