Harry Reid Losing To All Three Possible Republican Challengers In Senate Race
Per Rasmussen Reports, Harry Reid is in some serious electoral trouble.
There are three announced Republican challengers for Reid. Each of them is beating Reid by significant numbers.
Danny Tarkanian, a Nevada businessman, has the largest margin beating Reid 50% to 36%. Sue Lowden, the former head of the Nevada Republican Party, is beating Reid 48% to 36%. Now a newly-announced third Republican challenger to Reid, former Assemblywoman Sharron Angle, is beating him 44% to 40%.
The moral of the story? Harry Reid is so unpopular in Nevada right now, in no small part due to his being the Senate point man on the unpopular health care bill, that Democrats might actually stand a better chance of holding that seat if he resigned.
