Harry Reid: “Millionaire Job Creators Are Like Unicorns”

Written By:

“They’re impossible to find,” says the Senate Majority Leader. “They don’t exist.”

Short of winning the lottery or robbing a bank, how exactly does one become a millionaire without creating jobs? If you get rich by starting a company or inventing something you’ve obviously created jobs. If you invest in a company, and get rich on the returns, you’ve obviously created jobs. Even if you get rich selling baskets you weave from bamboo you grow yourself, you still create jobs by buying the supplies that go into such a business.

Even Obama created jobs by writing a couple of popular books that sold millions of copies, thus creating revenues for book printers and book retailers and everyone in between.

The point being, you can’t really get rich without creating jobs and prosperity for others along the way. It’s impossible. Unless you live in some parallel liberal universe where millionaire job creators are unicorns or something.
