Why is this a big deal?  After all, John Kerry’s supporters couldn’t come up with anything he’d accomplished in over 20 years in the US Senate.

Of course, AlGore invented the internet, discovered the dangers of Love Canal, fought wildfires in Texas (or was it New Mexico?), all while finding time to re-invent government.

Bill Clinton hadn’t accomplished much of note before he was elected president.  But then except for an infamous blowjob and a lot of really dubious fundraising, he didn’t really do much of anything after he was inaugurated either.

There have been 5 black Senators ever.  It has been an accomplishment for every one of them.

He graduated from Harvard Law School, that is an accomplishment.

He was the President of the Harvard Law Review, that is an accomplishment.

He has worked for the less fortunate, that is an accomplishment.

He is far more accomplished than our current President who had a series of failed businesses or gifts from his fathers friends.

We are choking over here about the “121 list”.  We started reading the bios and this guy is a real winner and currently one of the 41 ‘black’ senators in the US.

Lestat - that comment of yours is something that would be called a “negative ad” if it was on TV.

First you list no real accomplishment. Then you list three real accomplishments, even though the third one is a bit vague as well as debatable. Then you top it off with a disparaging comparison to someone who isn’t even running in the election.

In the interests of equal time we should ask what accomplishments has John McCain made in the 25 years he was in Washington from the conservative side.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

Most of the people I’ve spoken with who know think Harvard’s MBA program is a harder course of study than that of Harvard Law.

Which is not to say that Harvard Law isn’t a prestigious and rigorous program.  After all, Harvard Law turned John Kerry down.

Stop it. Obama had a key vote in the Illinois legislature that allows people breaking into your house the right to sue you for any damages they incur while doing so.
