Guest Post: Where Do Wealthy People Live?
There is an important conversation in our country right now about, “The wealthy need to pay their fair share.” It is such a simple and easy way to pit people against each other, and unfortunately most people do not ask the right questions about the statement:
1. What defines wealthy?
2. What defines fair?
The answer to the first question has recently been answered to be $250,000 or more (in NYC you would be considered getting by at $250K), and the second question really never seems to get answered.
I think another question that should be asked is, “Where do wealthy people live?”
