Google Commemorates Commie Accomplishments, Ignores Memorial

I actually don’t have much of a problem with Google commemorating Sputnik.  Globally, it was a major accomplishment even if it was communists who did it.  What I have a problem with is Google honoring something like Sputnik, but not our veterans.  I mean, Google hits Earth Day and Arbor Day, but not Memorial Day?  Or Veteran’s Day?

C’mon.  That’s just petty.

Of course, Google is a private company and can do what they wish, but I think they’re worthy of criticism on the issue.  Not outrage, perhaps (I’ll still be using the company’s products), but criticism certainly.
