Girl Arrested For Drunk Driving, Speeding And Leaving The Scene Of An Accident

Which isn’t exactly news. Unfortunately, drunken idiots flee from cops and wreck their cars fairly regularly. The only difference in this case is that the girl who led cops on a 100mph+ car chase was 11 years old.
Boggles the mind.
