George Lucas: Obama Is A Hero

He’s been an activist lawyer and a politician who hasn’t even finished one term in the US Senate, but somehow Barack Obama is a “hero” because he’ll make your hopes and dreams come true and stuff.

“We have a hero in the making back in the United States today because we have a new candidate for president of the United States, Barack Obama,” Lucas said when asked who his childhood heroes were.

Obama, “for all of us that have dreams and hope, is a hero,” Lucas said.

One good thing for those of us who don’t want to see Obama anywhere near the Oval Office is that when the liberal left’s messiah is forced to actually talk policy he makes such an ass of himself that it’s hard to imagine him getting elected to anything more auspicious than dog catcher.

The bad thing, though, is that the fawning and adoration for Obama from the media may never abate long enough before the election for any substantive debate about policy to take place.

I consider George Lucas a genius… in his element.

(Obviously, politics is not what I’m referring to) smile

I wonder when Obama is going to get a hero doll made of him?

Or maybe our Massiah will get a card board cut out of him where we can do some “Warefare” worship over him???  Heh!

A more apt quote from a George Lucas character

“I’ve got a bad feeling about this....”

Craigo,

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

Maybe the Ronald Reagan Hero doll is more to your liking?

Shouldn’t one have to do something heroic first before you are pronounced a hero?

You don’t have to be a moron to be a liberal Democrat but it sure helps.

Yes, Doc.  But they made a Bush hero doll anyway.
