Geithner Furthers His Comedy Career

Just a reminder, this is not the first time that Turbo Tax Timmy has provoked gales of laughter

China is the biggest foreign owner of U.S. Treasury bonds. U.S. data shows that it held $768 billion in Treasuries as of March, but some analysts believe China’s total U.S. dollar-denominated investments could be twice as high.

“Chinese assets are very safe,” Geithner said in response to a question after a speech at Peking University, where he studied Chinese as a student in the 1980s.

His answer drew loud laughter from his student audience, reflecting scepticism in China about the wisdom of a developing country accumulating a vast stockpile of foreign reserves instead of spending the money to raise living standards at home.

Geithner, let me reiterate, is worthy of your contempt. He is both irresponsibly batty and tyrannically arrogant having the proper relationship between citizens and the government completely backward in his mind.  He thinks you work for the government, not the other way around.  Do we have to get Clint Eastwood to explain it to him?

Rob, you missed a word: It Turbo tax “cheat” Timmy. I normally wouldn’t correct someone on an article, but in this case I think it’s relevant to point out that he indeed was caught cheating on his taxes.

Does one notice the only one that isnt trotted out to make a fool of themselves in this regime……is Valerie Jarret: the puppetmaster in the entire deal.
She has no problem pushing Obama, Susan Rice, prospective Sect of State, Carney, Geithner, Hillary, …….out on a stage in front of a mike to push outright lies and propose stupidity.
…..and note, she is the only WH Cheif of Staff that as I understand has ever been given Sec. Service security………..hmmmmmm—is she the real POTUS?

Recall after the 2008 elections that Geithner was considered to be so qualified to save the country by heading the Treasury Dept, that his tax issues had to be dismissed, Four years later it is clear that the man, who couldn’t pay his taxes even when he was given the money to pay them with, is far from the financial savior that the press and the Democrats touted him to be.
