Gas Prices Have Been Falling For A Month Now, Media Ignores It
Every time we get an upward trend in gas prices there is endless media coverage, complete with plenty of conspiracy theories about “speculators” and oil industry cabals bent on screwing the hapless consumer.
But when gas prices fall, as they have for the last month? No media coverage at all.
Maybe there really isn’t any price fixing going on with gasoline. Maybe there’s just a perception of price fixing because the only time gas prices make news is when they’re going up.
