Friday Night Music:  Albert Hammond

About thirty years ago I heard this song on my little AM clock radio.  I was walking through the room and stopped while it was playing.  For thirty years I had this song in my head without knowing the artist or hearing it again.  With the advent of the internet I finally tracked it down and now have it on my Ipod.

I hope you like it, I do.

Wow, Whistler, pure 70s rebellion music!!  That’s really an age I’d rather forget although I probably enjoyed it as much as anyone.

You don’t have to be a moron to be a liberal Democrat but it sure helps.

Isn’t this the guy who did “It Never Rains In Southern California”?

I never heard this tune “Free Electric Band” before. It’s catchy. It has an Celtic kinda twist to it.

I was rather on the young side myself.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

No doubt about it. I am glad we don’t have to hear about FICA or whatever it was?
