French Editing

Earlier this week the Kerry girls were booed at the MTV music awards along with the Bush girls who appeared via video feed. The French media, apparently not wanting French citizens to get the idea that Kerry might not be popular with the youth of America, edited that part out.

From No Parsan:

LCI, French cable news channnel, showed the Kerry sisters on the MTV Music Awards with the booing edited out and an added commentary on how Kerry is coronated by American youth.

Nice to see the French media adhering to high journalistic standards.

No word on whether or not the boos directed at the Bush twins were edited as well.

Here's the video of the American broadcast of the Kerry booing incident.
