France To Ban Smoking In Cafes

Uh oh.

If there were other a way to foment a revolution of smelly, leather-jacket clad Pierres this is it.  Smoking in France is more than a habit.  It’s a national pastime.

No.
There has been restaurant smoking
law since 1991 in France. The French don’t pay much attention.
If they enforce $600 fines for lighting up they will.
