For you readers in the Grand Forks area, my good friend Mark Pfeifle is in town to give some talks at the University of North Dakota on Thursday and, in the evening, at the Grand Forks Herald’s public room.

Mark is a UND graduate and former reporter from the area who went to Washington and served in some interesting places during some interesting times. He’s got a lot of great stories about his time in the Bush administration, and it would be well worth your time to see him.
