It’s about time someone brought these things about Pomeroy’s political finances (his connections to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) to light. Certainly the North Dakota media isn’t about to do any such thing.
The only question is, will North Dakotans care that Pomeroy voted for the bailout? They should, absolutely, but the sad reality is that most in North Dakota are more worried about how much pork Pomeroy can leverage away from taxpayers in other states than anything else.
