Great video. I was just a kid when the Dean Martin roasts were on, and looking back, only fully understood half of the jokes, but I loved them. They are even better today.

Most of the people roasting Reagan would have been democrats. That wouldn’t have bothered him. They were still there to honor him, inspite of their differences. Obama handlers wouldn’t allow it to happen. Can’t hurt the man. The audience would be full of plants, yet still barely able to muster a decent golf clap.

Where are you now Mr. Reagan. We need you more now than ever.

Let me say I enjoyed the clip as opposed to the three other commenters who were only looking to make a political statement. Being Republicans, I’m sure you can find a way to buy a sense of humor.
