Surely she messed up. It would have been more acceptable had she simply shot someone then spent the next 12 hours or so sobering up and then asked everyone "what’s the big deal,it was an accident?" Or maybe she should have been involved in mass corruption with lobbyists and once the feds got too close simply announced she was not "going to run for reelection so she could do the work christ wanted her to do fixing the moral structure of our country!"

Yeah that’s it. I am totally shocked that any republicans even noticed the background as new orleans. After KATRINA I thought none of them even knew there was a new orleans.

Ah, but we do recognize Disneyland.

Maybe she’ll set up her offices in Disneyland and save those poor people of New Orleans.

This is just another example of the way democrats think and act.  Disneyland:  The appearance of one thing, but everything there except the air is fake.

I think it’s merely funny.  But I would think that politically it’s suicide.  Do you think that a resident of New Orleans is going to like the "Mickey Mouse Candidate?"

Mickey Mouse is a step up from Goofy, Whistler.  :^)

I made a change to your post… one word...  Can we figure out who that is?

Shot doesn’t imply death.  Drown is clearly death.  

One of these guys was with a group where being shot was a possibility.  The other had to wait for hours until the air ran out.

One immediately sought help.
The other immediately sought a bed.

But...  didn’t Bush create Katrina and send it at New Orleans?  He must have known where it was to make the storm go there. 

I guess I have to point out again that this administration did more, faster for the victims of hurricane Katrina than any other disaster recovery effort. 

If the Democrats that ran the state and city would have done their job things would have been much better.   

Personally, I like the double standards...  It makes for easy debates.
