Democrats: Town Hall Protests Are “Un-American”

They’re questioning your patriotism. Here’s Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer writing in USA Today:

We believe it is healthy for such a historic effort to be subject to so much scrutiny and debate. The failure of past attempts is a reminder that health insurance reform is a defining moment in our nation’s history — it is well worth the time it takes to get it right. We are confident that we will get this right.
Already, three House committees have passed this critical legislation and over August, the two of us will work closely with those three committees to produce one strong piece of legislation that the House will approve in September.
In the meantime, as members of Congress spend time at home during August, they are talking with their constituents about reform. The dialogue between elected representatives and constituents is at the heart of our democracy and plays an integral role in assuring that the legislation we write reflects the genuine needs and concerns of the people we represent.
However, it is now evident that an ugly campaign is underway not merely to misrepresent the health insurance reform legislation, but to disrupt public meetings and prevent members of Congress and constituents from conducting a civil dialogue. These tactics have included hanging in effigy one Democratic member of Congress in Maryland and protesters holding a sign displaying a tombstone with the name of another congressman in Texas, where protesters also shouted “Just say no!” drowning out those who wanted to hold a substantive discussion.
Let the facts be heard
These disruptions are occurring because opponents are afraid not just of differing views — but of the facts themselves. Drowning out opposing views is simply un-American. Drowning out the facts is how we failed at this task for decades.

Are the town hall protests as un-American…as the Boston Tea Party?
Since when has people showing up at events staged by their congressional representation and giving their representatives an earful been un-American? Dissent against the ruling elite is quintessentially American.
The Democrats just keep digging themselves a hole with this stuff. We’re Nazis. We’re extremists. We’re un-American.
And they wonder why we’re angry.

When Code Pink anti-war loons were disrupting Pelosi’s Town Hall meetings she said:

    * “It’s always exciting…This is democracy in action. I’m energized by it, frankly.”

Pelosi does not know the real America. She lives in her own dream world of fantasy and la la!

Nancy and Steny might want to brush up on the bill of rights.

The “successes” of the Obama administration to this point have been the direct result of a passive public being victimized by a overreaching bunch of political thugs.

What sort of reaction to Nancypants and her band of dunces expect? Fortunately for the normal people in this country, these nitwits don’t know when to shut up.

  • robert108

Nancy don’t need no steenking First Amendment!

  • http://northerngleaner.blogspot.com/ Gene

I just with we were for something and not just against something. I’m not convinced this is a battle we will win. The status quo is indefensible. Obamacare will be worse. One will win. Unless we come up with a proactive offense, we will lose by default. Just being against Obamacare won’t win the day. The best defense is a good offense, you know that, but we have no offense…..and what we are defending no longer works. How about a solution anyone????

I’m tired of losing and we are losing this.

After all the sound and the fury, there will be a form of Obamacare unless Conservatives start demanding reform of a badly broken healthcare system. I posted on this on the reader side.

Of course, Pelosi is an idiot. I could have told you that.

    First Amendment Pshaw.

But the reality is, the tea parties, the town hall protests are the sound of a losing battle.

Can’t we somehow get behind something that works?

They will win this battle and we will lose the war. I don’t want that and neither do you.

    Gene says…

Gene, I agree! But, I posted this on another thread and based on the reaction, you and I are a distinct minority…

I have no problem providing basic healthcare to the 12 million or so truly uninsured Americans, nor do I think that makes me a RINO for so believing.

The ‘no compromise, no never’ stance of the far right is unreasonable, unrealistic, unsustainable and unproductive.

What we should object to is national [socialist] healthcare for everyone with the attendant federal control – [loss of libery!] – and power for the dems that comes with it; not to mention the staggering expense.

Realistically? Some plan is going to come out of Congress and the White House. What kind of plan may well depend on the Lindsay Grahams in congress.

Drowning out opposing views is un-American. Protesters can protest all they want, but to claim that what you are doing is debate and listening to all sides is clearly not what you are doing.

Read for understanding Rob. Oh…that’s right….you don’t want to understand or have a debate, you want to stop debate and that is indeed un-American.

    pparets,

Given your quoted remarks in the comment above, perhaps you could explain exactly what is so “broken” about the American Health care system, and why “fixing” that system is so urgent a matter at a time when we have a stagnant economy and the largest deficits in history, or how you propose to “fix” the system without an adverse financial effect on those of us who disagree that the health care system ought to be “fixed” in the first place.

  • pparets

Bat… I don’t recall saying or suggesting that our current healthcare system is broken or in need of fixing. I consider it the best in the world – bar none!

However, I agree with Gene. Some kind of “Obama-care” is going to come out of Washington.

    We have two unhappy choices:

We can work to make whatever plan emerges as harmless as possible.

We can stand aside and hope the dems hoist themselves on their own petard.

Now the DNC is deploying AFL-CIO palookas while at the same time hypocritically dismissing Obamacare opponents as paid shills -even running TV ads to slander them- and delirious SanFranNan is seeing imaginary Swastikas.

This should make clear to anyone just what these power-drunk elitists think of your opinion.

Note that whenever Obama, Emanuel, or Gibbs are asked about why polls show SO many people oppose their misguided Cap-n-Trade and Obamacare proposals, they ALWAYS segue-right-into “we need to educate the public…”.

“nothing to offer”–the CBO tells us that “nothing” is better than what the Donk’s are proposing. So, offering nothing is a step in the right direction.

Dino whines that the protestors are shutting off honest debate on this, which absent their noise, would have been similar to the illuminating debate we had on Cap and Tax boondoggle. The truth is the three stooges tried their best to avoid any discourse on healthcare because they knew what they were serving up was a 1300 page turd that would not survive honest debate.

Give the three stooges an “A” for effort, an “F” for political skill, and an “F-” for integrity. Obama is on a downward slide, which he richly deserves.

  • http://northerngleaner.blogspot.com/ Gene

    OK, 2h9

The NON BROKEN health care system has these symptoms:

Some significant number (in the millions) do NOT have insurance of any kind. These are those who are citizens and who simply do not have the wherewithal to pay for it period. The only choice they have is to appeal to a medicaid system that can take months if not years to implement. And then it can be impossible to find a doctor to treat them. Emergency rooms band aid the situation and offer no solution other than palliative care for a brief time. Without insurance no one is cared for long term. They are patched up and rolled into the street. At least that’s what Michelle Obama’s former hospital employer in Chicago did when she worked there.

Meanwhile they decline or die. Ridding the population of those without money. Sounds like Ebenezer Scrooge to me: “If they would rather die,’ said Scrooge, `they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population”

Second are the virtual uninsured. Those with policies that pay for almost nothing. I posted a note from a person who’s insurance would only pay 2500 dollars of a 10,000 bill. That’s not why we have insurance. That’s practical uninsurance although the statistic says they are insured. They aren’t.

Third are those in financial brinkmanship. Those paying a third or better of their monthly income to an insurance company with a $5000 deductible. Something I am quite familiar with.

And, then, the checkup that just 2 years ago with my doctor at the same clinic with the same person that cost me out of pocket 90 dollars, is now exactly double. No inflation there, is there??

Not broken. If that isn’t broken what would you describe it as.

This will not stand and unless we face facts that the health care price spiral, unaccountable insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies pushing drugs like candy for $3000 per shot is an acceptable system, you are dreaming sir.

This is profoundly broken and will not be solved by denying the same.

Now, saying that, I don’t want the Obamacare health bill. I have proposed, I have endorsed others, all I get is flack.

We will lose this battle and ultimately it will destroy us all unless we decide to become proactive and start to fix the 4 flat tires of dysfunction the health care express is sporting right now.

It’s going to take an overhaul.

It may be we have to destroy what we have to be fixed. I don’t know. But whistling pass the graveyard denying there is a problem is just plain blindness.

Health Care in this country as provided to the population is a Klunker and needs to be sent to the scrapyard.

    We need a do over.

Not Michelle Obama’s system. Not Obamacare.

But if Conservatives don’t get on board with SOMETHING that works forthwith, they lose the battle.

    I’m afraid it’s already lost.

Freedom of speech is a Constitutional right. Suppression of free speech and the organized disruption of public access to information and respectful public discussion and debate is un-American and flaunts the Constitution. I believe it is also disrespectful and un-American to refer to the US President as a Nazi, a Fascist, Mafia, etc.

That is what the Coalition of Conservative activist groups, Conservative and health industry lobbyist groups organized in the Recess Rally program and other initiatives designed to incite their member base, precondition their thinking with propaganda-based insults about the elected Government and encourage an angry mob mood with antagonistic fighting words:

It will be”…a large scale, widely promoted and unified stance against this dangerous healthcare legislation (describing the Recess Rally). Michelle Malkin has joined the coalition along with Smart Girl Politics, American Liberty Alliance, American Majority, the Sam Adams Alliance, Americans for Limited Government, Freedom Works, and RedState.com…Now is the time for all good tea party activists to get out on the streets and tell Washington to keep its grubby hands off health care…These Government thugs think they can slip socialism into America. We think it’s time to prove them wrong.” http://www.americanlibertyalliance.com

“CALLING ALL AMERICANS: JOIN THE AUGUST RECESS RALLY. PROTEST!
It’s time to grab a sign and raise your voice against this monstrosity that Barack Obama and his liberal allies want to shove down America’s collective throat….Tell Congress to keep its dirty paws off our healthcare system, and tell President Obama that you don’t want a future with socialized healthcare.”
    http://www.amerpundit.com

“AMERICA RISE UP! LET’S TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK..The current administration and congress has intensified the attacks on the foundation of America…if this legislation is passed, the private industry and small businesses of America will face certain death in the very near future…mass rallies will represent a strong statement that we’ve been pushed to the edge and simply cannot be pushed any further.” ww.captKarlblogvists.com/Wisconsin-recess-rally

“Pack the hall… spread out” to make the numbers seem more significant, “rock-the-boat early in the Rep’s presentation…yell out and challenge the Rep’s statements early…. to rattle him, get him off his prepared script and agenda…stand up and shout and sit right back down.”
Robert McGuffe, of the RightPrinciples, instructions on how to disrupt a town hall meeting and derail the Democrat speaker.

    I can’t afford everyone else’s health care.
    Don’t ration my care.
Free Health Care Will Cost You Your Freedom
Socialized Medicine — The cure for death from old age
Government Run Health Hare — like asking the Mafia to fight crime
Government Run Health Care — letting the lunatics run the asylum
Government health care = Fascism in a white smock.
Government — Get your hands off my health care.
You Think You Feel Sick Now, Just Wait Until You Get the Bill..
A few of many ideas for what protesters could write on their signs (then Republicans would say in TV interviews – “See, their signs are handmade, they are just grass roots people, the signs would be printed otherwise).

These people have not been expressing their views – they have been expressing the views of the Conservative Coalition.

  • http://northerngleaner.blogspot.com/ Gene

    CLARITY IS NEEDED

    1. I hate the idea of Obama’s and the House health Care Government Take over. Hate it with a passion.

    2. Wish we had competence at any level left or right to engage this issue with level heads. Neither are happening now. If obama says the sun comes up in the west, the left looks to the west for the sun to rise. They are sheep led by a wolf in clothing to look like them. Suckers.

    3. There are competent health care proposals on the table prepared and offered by Dems and Repubs alike. Good plans. Well thought out plans. They are rejected from the left because they didn’t come from the “Right People”. They are rejected from the right because the right’s only mantra is Health Savings Accounts and the system is fine the way it is. It’s not, but they think if they keep saying it maybe they will wake up in Kansas. They just need those ruby slippers.

    4. The shrilliziers of the right wing with Rush, Mark, Sean, Mike and others who do nothing but condemn, criticize and complain prove again and again that Any fool can Criticize, Condemn and complain; and most fools do. So nothing happens as the right’s version of lemmings go leaping off the cliff yelling bonzi.

    5. There is no solution as long as the first four messes stay as they are. The right HAD a chance to fix this. They screwed it up. IF the right had fixed this in 2005 when things were booming and they had the power there would be no Obama. There would be no Pelosi. There would be no Reid. We are fools for voting these people into positions of incompetence. We must now clean house. Ignore the rants from the right. Don’t buy anything Obama says. Think for yourself. I’m tired of the constant rehashing of the same tired dogma that appears in right leaning blogs. I finally called a couple to account. OK, Big Guy, What are WE going to do? And, they bent.

Men and Girls, we are so screwed and we did it to ourselves. We have met the enemy and the enemy is us. We can’t bring ourselves to do anything but complain and now it’s going to lose our country.

The fanatics and idiocy of the left will be happy to pick up the pieces as we drop the ball. They are waiting. They have obedient minions all around the place. It’s a crime.

I mention all this above if anyone gives a darn to say, let’s get off our fat (mine included) rear ends and take back the initiative. We are getting no where with the losing strategy we have now.

  • TheTodd

Rob, I’m astounded that you’ve changed your mind on this!

Just to clarify: Protesters are showing up at public events and shouting down attempts by the speaker to communicate his/her message…From your link, “These tactics have included (…) protesters holding a sign displaying a tombstone with the name of another congressman in Texas, where protesters also shouted “Just say no!” drowning out those who wanted to hold a substantive discussion.”

You think this is just like the Boston Tea Party. That’s a bold suggestion! But four years ago, you were playing a different tune….

Time and again right-leaning celebrities and scholars are heckled by left-wing activists unwilling to let them talk. (…)

For a group of people who pride themselves on their dissent against the current administration, who stand on their first amendment rights to free speech any time somebody questions what they are saying, these leftist activists sure don’t like to listen to thoughts contrary to their own. (…)

I’m not an Ann Coulter fan. I find her stances a bit contrived and her speeches come off more like comedy routines than any real sort of political discourse, but the woman has a right to speak and the people who invite her to these events should be able to hold them without interruption from obnoxious retards. By all means, protest outside her events. Send letters to the editor about them, but don’t go in and start acting like a child while she’s trying to speak. That doesn’t do anyone any good.

    Was my military service “Un-American”?
    Are my tax dollars “Un-American”?
    You find my patriotism “Un-American”?

    So, now my dissent “Un-American”………

    Well… FUCK YOU, Madam!

YOU NASTY, THIEVING, SPINELESS, WEASEL, BITCH!

Josef Goebbels would be proud of you and your party, yet George Washington spins in his grave.

Had you the tiniest morsel of honor, you would drawn upon your infinitesimal well of insincerity and apologize to your country for your insolence, your insults, and your ineptitude!

Your open dislike for “We The People” is palpable!

“We The People” will eventually have our say, Madam!

and your ilk will be offered no choice but to listen……

I would suggest you review our founding documents….

Apparently you’ve forgotten what they are, well here’s a clue –
    The Federalist Papers
    The Declaration of Independence
    The Constitution

You may successfully take away my liberty, my wealth, my property, but you will never be able to squelch my desire to return this nation returns to her God given glory.

So, bring on your toady union thugs, your ignorant community organizers, your lapdog media, and your weak-minded political allies!!!

Should you persist, and resist in demurring to the voices of the American citizens, you will soon find these these things to be all too true…

    We will meet you!

    We will fight you!

We will remand you all into rightful submission!

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE CONSTITUTIONALLY OBLIGATED YOUR CONSTITUENCY –

    (2) FOR US, NOT AGAINST US!

May God find you in dire need of your reformed “Health-Care” system……….

A speaking engagement by Ann Coulter where public input is not invited is not the same thing as a town hall or “listening” event where public input is the point.

Good observation. The liberal protesters were just shouting down Ann Coulter. The conservative protesters are shouting down both the speakers and the peaceful participants.

I’m not sure how you see this as a positive for your side, but, since you do, more power to you.

  • robert108

Todd: You’re missing the point of the townhall meetings: it was the first time anyone who didn’t want this scheme to be able to speak out. We had already suffered for almost a year with the unending propaganda from Obama and the MSM, lying to us about what they are doing with this takeover of the healthcare industry. The townhalls were the place where they supposedly wanted feedback from the American public. In fact, they don’t care what we want, like typical totalitarian Dems/lefties.

Gene, thank you for reposting your links. I went back and read both of them.

As regards the taxation of employer sponsored health care benefits I would have this question and maybe you can provide an answer. Many many employees gave up substantial pay raises over the years in order to retain their level of health care benefits. If those health care benefits now become taxable, how will they recoup the lost wages over the years that they gave up pay raises.

As regards your most recent post regarding Mr. Jackson. There is no doubt that we have some of the best doctors and health care facilities in the world where kings and princes come for health care. The problem is that the health care of this kind is not available for millions of Americans because it is simply unaffordable.

We are being squeezed by those on Medicare (to which they paid) and those who cannot afford health care because they are working poor and are eligible for Medicaid or SCHIP.

Most people are one surgery away from bankruptcy, and as we know catostrophic health care costs is the number 1 cause of bankruptcy. Also unemployed workers lose health insurance and those who are unemployed with preexisting conditions may never get coverage again at a new employer.

So while I agree with you that the health insurance system is indeed broken. Healthcare, last time I read, was at 16% of GDP and will be soon unsustainable. So I agree that to do nothing like some here advocate simply cannot last in our economy.

I appreciate your thoughtfulness on the subject but something has to happen. I’m just not sure that taxation of benefits is the way to go.

  • 2Hotel9

    Just say no !

It ain’t broke, putting government in control will break it, as your example of medicare and government controlled insurance clearly shows. Your answer to the “problem” is for the government to be in control, socialized healthcare. Call it by whatever name makes you comfortable, dress it up and slap lipstick on it, it is still socialized healthcare. Period.

It ain’t broke, until you idiots get done fucking with it. Then ev eryone will be fucked out of ANY healthcare, and those the government picks will be the only ones receiving healthcare, and you, Gene, won’t be one of the “chosen”.

  • 2Hotel9

djerk, you keep saying that “conservatives” are silencing these Congress members at meetings. That is a lie.

They are asking them questions, direct questions about this specific Bill, and none of them can ANSWER the questions, so they get pissed off, and start shouting and name calling. Shouting at and calling their constituents names. Why?

Because not one single member of Congress has bothered to read ANY OF THIS BILL. They in fact have openly REFUSED to read it. They ridicule anyone who so much as suggests that it is their job to know what they are passing. And you support them in this shit.

Instead of standing with real Americans in demanding that Congress members actually do their job you stand off to the side heckling, screeching about how “stupid” an idea it is for Congress members to actually read and understand what they are voting on. Why is that?

  • 2Hotel9

And as “punishment” for those disruptions she provided them with access passes to the House galleries, where they disrupted the business of the American people. Imagine that!

  • Anthony Perry

First we need to get rid of 50% of the government and our country would still be over staffed. I served during the Vietnam war and the VA garnisheed my wages from social security for medicine. This is so low you can see how the government is. Vietnam Vets are still ignored. My problems with our country are:
    1. We are being taxed to death to make the people in our government richer.
    2. Our President gave us money back and the state and local government found ways to get it back in cigarette taxes and gas taxes.
    3. They complain about the people on social security getting raises and some live on 600.00 a month.
    4. They give billions away to other countries and over look what is happening what is going on at home.
    5. we are in another war where the money spent could help the kids in America and many lives of the soldiers saved.
    6. The racism is America is unbelievable. Stop It NOW. The white people in American history were slave also. You don’t here them complaining. The people who are raciest are the ones complaining.
    7. Our government taxes us for our pay and then taxes us on what we buy. They are getting it from every point. We are be double and triple taxed in every way and know one looks at this. There is federal, state, city, RITA taxes, taxes on every utility, food cigarettes, homes, cars. You name it and we are being taxed. Where does it stop MR.PRESIDENT.
    8. We as Americans are losing all of our rights. For once Mr. President make a difference. You are turning just as greedy and demanding as the rest of the people in office. America is going to have to stand up and take our country back. We are hurting here and none of you care.
    9. I still see the low and middle income people being taxed to death and singled out.
    10. I love my country and I see it turning into the Hitler days. We need to stop the political bull in this country. The government only thins of their pockets and not the people. I am 60 and dying and I have seen a lot and this is the worst it has ever been. We are not free any more. AMERICANS STAND UP NOW OR LOOSE IT.

Questioning not patriotism but your sanity.

Only a XXXXX could be made to believe:

    There will be death panels….

    socialism…..

    nazi…..

    private insurance made illegal….

    he’s not even an American…

    he’s taking over business….

    he’s taking away our guns…

After 8 years of a republican spending marathon taking America to the brink of bankruptcy, it still boggles the mind that the base can be made to ignore reality and BARK on command.

You all need to look in the mirror with your children and say — There will be Death Panels–The President is a Nazi—-He’s going to turn America into Russia—-We’ll all be going to reeducation camps—-

And when your children start to cringe at your blatant stupidity maybe you will question some of the obvious lies you’ve been told and ask yourself why would someone make up these lies?

Then follow the money–only 28 cents of every dollar spent on health care actually goes to paying for treatment. The other 72 cents pays operation costs, profits to stock holders and multi-million dollar salaries for CEOs. These companies profits increased 400% in the last 8 years.

Check out who’s funding the groups with the biggest mouths—Insurance/Drug lobbyists and politicians they bought.

    When you’ve finished–take that hammer and hit yourself again…and again…and again…

Then get the kids and go out to another rally and show then how stupid mommy and daddy really are as you shout out all the lies you practiced in the bathroom

Wow, jeffie, what a pile of lies and bullshit. Did mommy make you go to your room for a time out? Or are you off your prozac?

Read it and weep. HR 3200, everything you claim is not in it, all contained on 1017 pages, in detail.

jeff! 2Hotel9 fequently outright lies, makes statements without foundation, and will on ocassion threaten to kill people.
Should you suficiently anger him, or when he happens to be drunk (whicn is often) he will call you a “fucking lying cunt”.
    Having said the above

Big parrot. Telling the truth about someone is not judging them.

Now could you please provide us with the long overdue link to those seven bossiness that signed up for the G. Beck TV show?

Telling the truth about someone is not judging them. I urge you to try telling the truth, at least once on this blog, then.

Now could you please provide us with the long overdue link to those seven bossiness that signed up for the G. Beck TV show? Again, your profound ignorance creates no obligation on anyone’s part to educate you. Try Google.

Poor little e, her suckpuppet got popped right of the bat and she came all unglued. Its women like you that give women in general such a bad reputation for screeching&wailing; about,,,well, nothing.

Gene’s idea for health care is to have other people pay for what he gets.

It’s kind of the baby boomer’s motto. “Gimme, gimme, gimme.”

  • http://sayanythingblog.com robport

Todd, I’ve not changed my opinion at all.

A speaking engagement by Ann Coulter where public input is not invited is not the same thing as a town hall or “listening” event where public input is the point.

    But nice try.

No, the Conservative Coalition as you breathlessly refer to it is representing MY views. Mister Joe Six Pack. Mister Taxpayer. Mister Touch My Health Care And You’ll Need Health Care Yourself.

We number more than any of the liberals want to believe. In their delusional arrogance, liberals assume themselves superior to all while being inferior the whole time and getting more so all the time.

We conservatives believe that the problem is health care costs which are largely caused by government interference for the sake of empowerment of politicians. We conservatives want Grandma to get treatment even if she’s on her death bed, not be denied because a government bean counter said she should die. We’ll even back treatment for people like Dino, while the left and their obsession with playing G-d would let people with “questionable lifestyles” suffer and die.

It is the left which has condemned generations of Americans and others to grinding brutal poverty. It is the left which believes that anyone not in the lucky first world club should just crawl away and die. It is the left which believes families should be planned reproduction politically justified or babies aborted and parents sterilized. It is the left which believes in total scarcity, a glass is almost empty and there’s no more mindset. It is the left that would sacrifice their entire species to extinction as long as the left gets to have their way last.

We conservatives believe economic opportunity, where people can make the lives they actually make and not settle for the scraps the left arrogantly lets them have. We conservatives believe in unlimited economic expansion for all mankind. Here, other worlds, all across the galaxy. We conservatives are the ones who see the glass as mostly full and more coming so get to pouring.

Liberals are idiots, bad enough, but they are willing to contemplate the suffering and death and extinction of humanity in the name of getting their way. It’s all about their pathetic feelings.

Well, you idiots are pissing off the great middle masses and they are now concerned with THEIR feelings.

You’re outnumbered, outclassed, and outgunned. The masses, the people, those who you’ve tried to represent without their conscious willful approval, they’re awake. And they don’t like you.

As usual you liberals can’t figure out how to shut the fuck up while there’s still time.

So keep on keepin on. We’ll see who walks away and who is carried away.

The people are awake and they are not happy with you.

It’s more than that Rob. Gene’s view is the same as the Bush neocons. It’s more cowardly unwillingness to fight, more cowardly imagining of the liberal threat, more frightened overestimation of the liberal position. So let’s save our skins by compromising.

When the whole thing collapses, and it will, they will point to our names. They will point to the conservatives who tried compromising. The liberal controlled media will repeat their lies. The liberal controlled education system will teach our children their lies. We will be tarred and feathered while the left tries to slink away.

    NO FUCKING WAY.

    Not again.

We watched as JFK, the Massachusetts Trouser Snake, was recast as some King Arthur he never was, and his supply sider economic views erased and replaced with socialist claptrap.

We watched as Ronald Reagan, the president who presided over the greatest expansion of welfare spending up to that point since FDR, was recast as kicking the poor and minorities into the street.

We watched as George Bush senior, the president who stopped Saddam Hussein cold and stuck to the UN resolutions without missing a single beat, was recast as the man who failed to stop Saddam by the very people who chide the US for not surrendering to the UN’s control.

We watched as Bill Clinton committed sexual harassment during a time when the feminists and left wing in general practically wanted to raise it to a death penalty offense, cheated on his wife, and received a blow job in the Oval Office and was recast as a noble genius, better than all of us put together.

We watched George W. Bush put a stop to Saddam Hussein exactly as his father had been excoriated for not doing, and put Al Queda to flight after killing hundreds of them and hundreds of Taliban leaders and officers and was recast as contradictorily both an evil genius and a total moron.

All the left’s lies have become orthodoxy in America and taught by the media and our educational system as truth.

NO FUCKING MORE. NOT ONE STEP FARTHER.

We can only swallow so much. We can only suffer so much. No more.

The liberals are way off balance and out of bounds. The people are waking to the lies. They are realizing that their lives under George Bush were economic nirvana compared to what Obama and the liberals are doing to the country.

You wanted to put your influence to the test you liberal jackasses?

    YOU GOT IT.

We’re awake, we’re here, we’re pissed, and we’re going to let you know it.
