Democrats Going After McCain’s Wife

And rightfully so, I think.  She should disclose her tax records.

But it is curious to see Democrats going after Cindy McCain even as Obama claims his wife’s campaign speeches are off-limits.

There is not law that require that a candidate or spouse of a candidate do so.  So I don’t see why she should.  She filed separate tax return so her tax is between her and the taxman. Unless they intend to accused her of corruption they can bug off.

Seems nitpicky.

Then again, the target is McCain of “Campaign Finance Reform”, so maybe this is just desserts.

Funny that it’s coming from the Democrats though considering that they argued against Theresa Heinz Kerry releasing hers.

Hypocrisy, thy name is Democrat.

What do her tax records have to do with anything?

Damn, Lik!  Beat me to it!

The talking points email from DNC must have gone out first thing this morning.  I notice “Nunez” was all over this same stupid point of faux contention this morning.  Funny how that works.  Washington says “Jump!” and the mind-numbed minions of the Left are up in the air shouting “How high, sir?” in unison.  No wonder they are so resentful of any sort of individualism or self-sufficiency.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, Senator.

Lets see those records.

The standards for them Democrats are a bit different that thoase for Republicans. This is true in everything including having their own way in releasing or not releasing tax information.

The trouble is, if we were to total up the earnings of Democrats in office as well as that of their spouses and compare them to the earnings of Republiann office holders and their spouses, we would actually learn which Party thinks itself the ELITE!

My money in on the Dems as the BIG MONEY bunch...especially if you add in the money they get from their BIG CONTRIBUTORS after their EARMARKS are given!

Did Mrs. Kerry (Heinz) disclose her tax records?  Does anyone remember?
Mrs. McCain has not been anywhere near as vocal and has not campaigned or been on a talk show by herself has she?

If Obama doesn’t want his wife’s statements used, perhaps he shouldn’t have her campaigning.
After all, it was widely reported that she refused Hill/Billy as a Vice President.
Seems like she’s an integral part of his run.

Exactly!

You’d figure that the “reality based community” would get this simple bit of reality.

Hill/Billy did the same whine game when they sent their daughter out to campaign.
Didn’t someone get laid-off about their comment about the daughter’s activities?
