Democrats Using Gabrielle Giffords To Collect Info For Political Databases
Some of my Democrat friends are posting links to this form on social media sties today. At the link, one can send a message to Rep. Gabrielle Giffors who is retiring from her US House seat after being shot in Tucson (click for a larger size).
To fill out the form your email address and zip code are required. Why? Because this isn’t really about sending well-wishes to Rep. Giffords. This is about capitalizing on the emotions surrounding a tragedy for political gain.
By providing your email address and zip code, you give the Democrats all the data they need to target you with email marketing.
Pretty tacky, Democrats, and shameless too.
