Democrats Require Michigan Caucus Voters To Show ID
According to Democrats, we don’t need voter ID laws. They claim that such laws are discriminatory against poor people and minorities (because apparently our friends on the left have such a low opinion of those people they think they’re incapable of obtaining a free ID from the state), yet in Michigan Democrat caucus voters are required to…show ID.
Apparently Democrats don’t want their caucus results skewed by fraudulent voters. Which makes them, by their own standards, racists.
All joking aside, the ballot box is sacrosanct in America. It was the ballot box that moved our society beyond settling political disputes with wars, but the ballot box only works when the people have confident that the outcome of voting is legitimate.
To that end, why is it such a bad thing to require those who would vote to identify themselves as lawful voters?
