Rep. Xavier Becerra kind of made a fool of himself and his party on Neal Cavuto’s show:

It’s worth noting that it was Republicans who wanted to slow the health care process down. Spend more time debating it. It was Democrats who crammed it through over the protests of every single Republican in Congress and a majority of Americans.
