Democrat Presidential Candidate Bill Richardson Forgets About France

Doh...

By the time he got to the day’s last public event, a speech at the Flamingo Library to the Stonewall Democrats of Southern Nevada, an audience member had to remind Richardson that France is a member of the U.N. Security Council.

This wouldn’t probably be so embarrassing, except that France is a permanent member of the Security Council, and Richardson was Bill Clinton’s Ambassador to the UN.

[W]hat you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
