Democrat Hate Speech

Democratic Talk Radio exists to, according to its website, "spread the message of the Democratic Party and to provide an on-line home for grassroots Democrats everywhere."

Here's a brief sample of that message from co-host Stephen Crockett:

If I had my way, I would see Katherine Harris and Ken Blackwell strapped down to electric chairs and lit up like Christmas trees. The better to light the way for American Democracy and American Freedom!

Calling for the death of two Republicans. A woman and a black man, no less. That's nice.

Sadly, I think this sort of thing is going to become the norm under the new, Howard Dean controlled Democrat party.

Update:

Here's an op/ed by Mr. Crockett more explicitly setting out his views.

Don Myers said, “Talk radio descending into hateful speech? Inconcievable! Hannity and Limbaugh would NEVER say such…I mean, they wouldn’t…er….”

Are Hannity and Limbaugh calling for the execution of Secretary of State’s now?  Why did you feel the need to bring these two people up Don?

In all seriousness, though, I hope you’re not going to use this as an excuse to forgive the anti-democracy chicanery of Harris and Blackwell.

You’re assuming that we’d agree with your preposition that Harris and Blackwell were acting in a “anti-democracy” fashion.

Nevermind.

In all seriousness, though, I hope you’re not going to use this as an excuse to forgive the anti-democracy chicanery of Harris and Blackwell. I certainly hope you don’t hate America like that…

Chicanery? You mean like long lines at voting precincts in heavily Democratic areas of Ohio? Precincts which were supervised by...uhh, Democrats.
