You know, I’m not especially outraged by this. Irreverent humor, especially about politicians, is an important part of our democracy. We shouldn’t treat our elected leaders and politicians as if they were monarchs and above reproach. They are human beings to be mocked and criticized just like the rest of us.
I just wish liberals like Letterman has the cojones to go after Obama in the same way. They don’t. Because they’re intellectually dishonest.
