I actually took that picture (originally posted on Desultory Thoughts.  This guy was actually pretty proud of his sign.  We tried to get a candid shot, but from our position he never turned our way.  Finally I just approached him, trying to keep a straight face, and asked if we could take his picture.  He was flattered and turned right around for us.  Excellent!
