Conservative Media Bias

It really does exist. Just ask Kevin Drum, who posted this screenshot of a recent poll at MSNBC.

Update:

If you need an example of the pervasive liberal bias that dominates the media, here you go.

Bush Reverses Himself, Says Terror War Can Be Won

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Reuters) - One day after saying the war on terror could not be won, President Bush on Tuesday sought to calm a political storm by asserting he had been less than articulate and that America would prevail.

So first the media quotes him out of context. Then, when his political opponent pounces, the President tries to clarify his statement and the media claims he's "reversing" his stance.

Here's what the President offered in way of clarification (from the above link):

"We meet today in a time of war for our country, a war we did not start, but one that we will win," Bush told the group.

"It's a different type of war. We may never sit down at a peace table, but make no mistake about it, we are winning and we will win," he added.

I don't think that's a reversal at all.

Surely this is a joke, right?

If this is your “evidence” for “conservative media bias,” you’re really looking for pins in the proverbial haystack.

I was trying to be funny.  I guess that wasn’t obvious.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system.
