    There is no way on God’s green earth that this will withstand court scrutiny.

    It is ABSOLUTELY a polar opposite of the concepts of probable cause and reasonable suspicion.

    It’s like the police coming to your home and hooking a wrecker you your car and taking it away because they hear you MIGHT go out drinking and driving that night. Same thing. If they can do one – why not the other?

    This is NUTS!
