Communist Party Endorses “Change” Candidate

There’s a surprise for you! The Communist Party USA comes out for Obama:

Barack Obama is not a left candidate… A broad multiclass, multiracial movement is converging around Obama’s “Hope, change and unity” campaign because they see in it the thrilling opportunity to end 30 years of ultra-right rule and move our nation forward with a broadly progressive agenda.

George W. Bush is ultra-right? That’s going to come as a large shock to many conservatives! Maybe the perspective is, that if you’re so far to the left that Obama seems moderate, maybe Bush isn’t that far right at all!

    Well, many conservatives would be shocked.
    America's political compass has been skewed since the days of Reagan. In the eyes of the international community, Obama is right-wing; Bush is far-right.

    All the more reason to ignore the "international community" of dictators and slaveowners.

    American conservatives are midway between anarchy(far left) and totalitarianism(far right).
    Our individual freedom is not "right", "far right" or "right-wing". In reality, Obama is a far right fascist/Marxist, and the majority of Americans are real centrists. Limited govt, but not either "no govt" or "totalitarian rule".
    Obama has already engineered fascist takeovers of car companies and banks, and is trying to execute a fascist takeover of the healthcare industry.
    Real Americans don't want any of that.
