Comments Down

Earlier today this post got linked by Instapundit. Apparently something like 20 readers tried to comment at once which caused my host to freak out. They suspended my site until I disabled the comments on that post.
Once I got the site back up, however, I had to attend to some personal business and haven’t gotten back on until this evening. Now it seems as though, while I have the comments enabled, they aren’t working. Apparently the comments script has been disabled by my host.
I have an email in to them asking for it to be re-enabled. Hopefully they’ll be working again soon.
In the mean time, is there any way to make posting comments lest taxing on my host?

Comments back up. Hopefully for good.
