Breast Chilling Bra

The news was getting to me...

Gizmodo
There is something about this new product that I can’t seem to look away from. It is a bra/bikini top manufactured by Evian. Yes, that Evian, maker of all things watery. This support top contains a pocket to hold water, preferably Evian mineral water. The water cools the breasts to prevent the deadly disease known as “sweaty breastitis.” The AMA has not found “sweaty breastitis” to necessarily be a bad thing though.

My wife said, virtually, the same thing…

We bought a pillow that you put water in called a Chillo.  I sent here the link to this and titled it “tit-chillo”.  She responded asking for the nut-chillo link. wink

Okay… TMI I suppose.

I wonder if guys will soon get water-filled underwear to help them keep cool.

I would think that the water would equalize at 37C fairly rapidly and thus feel clammy, after all, it has to be waterproof and non-breathable material.  I am not sure, as I have never worn one of these contraptions.  Although, enterprising young gals could store these in the freezer for better heat transfer.  Or maybe a small battery operated peltier heat pump could keep the fluid chilled while wearing.  Or better yet, fill them with hot liquids in the winter to keep your gal warm.  Or even better yet, fill them with vodka or rum to sneak liquor into the movie theater and you can ‘grab and squeeze one’ to spike your coke.  Oh, the possibilites are endless!

The problem I see is that the plastic bra hides those err...ummm perky uh...(is this a family site?)… “benefits” of women having cold breasts in the first place.

I mentioned the Chillo above.  I imagine that the bra is similar.  The chillo absorbs enough heat to make the skin feel cool.  There’s quite a bit of water in the chillo, thus heat absorption would be greater, I would guess.  But the chillo never feels clammy.  The material never gets any condensation.  It’s been pretty good.  I might get a set for my wife and see how she likes em.  She’s got pretty good sized breasts and I know how hot they get sometimes.  That wasn’t a sexual reference, honest.

Sweaty Breastitis is a real problem, yes. However, putting some clear antiperspirant under them works just as well. Most of us hate the evil bra contraption in the first place, so making it even more complicated is just mean. It’s usually the bra that makes “the girls” sweat anyway, so why don’t we just leave the bra out of the equation. Ahhh, that would be comfort at it’s finest--and no awkward bra moments in the bed!!
