Bob Dylan Is Responsible For Every Popular Song For The Past 35 Years

Every one.

Classic line: “That was me?  My bad.”

I found this so hilarious that I had to sign up for that digg it thing.

Ay, Dylan--easily the single most overrated artist of the 20th century.  Who else could sing worse than Mick Jagger while philosophizing more sophomoricaly than Kansas?

I had an art teacher who knew him and did some of his album covers. He played his music in class all the time. He was a hippie in the NTH. degree!

Awesome.  And yes, “had a bad day” is among the 10 worst songs of the past 100 years.

PS:  Dylan actually was responsible for quite a few of the other 9.

Ahh you’re all too hard on Dylan. Overated? Sure, but he had some real great songs. Oh, and I agree with ManMyth that Jagger sucked, aside from a few memorable songs (Paint It Black, etc.).
