Police are making a minimal show in Pittsburgh as well. Out here in fliover it is a different story, high turnout and few problems, mostly with non-functioning machines. Where we vote there were several people using provisional ballots, mainly because they did not want to wait in line or spend the time standing at the voting machine. Plenty of paper ballots and no unpleasantness from voters or poll workers.
