Bill Russell’s New Mailer Nails Murtha

It’s dead even in Pennsylvania right now and you can bet there is some serious nail chewing going on in the Murtha campaign.
I generally don’t take politics personally, but I loathe Murtha for his politically motivated condemnation of the Haditha Marines and his lack of an apology after they were acquitted. Not only that, his out of touch, insulting comments about his own constituants show just what kind of creature he truly is.
Even if Obama gets in – which I sincerely hope won’t happen – the dumping of this piece of work would be something of a consolation prize.

    Murtha is totally melting down. At several public gatherings he has come completely unglued.

    I believe he has Alzheimer’s.

    “What Mr. Murtha did was attribute the lowest possible motivations to our voters,” says Bill Russel. “The people in this area tend to vote their values. To say that they are racist because they won’t vote for Obama overlooks the fact that Senator Obama has an almost radical pro-abortion platform, as well as a very anti-gun platform. This shows that Murtha has clearly lost touch with the voters.”

    It’s a kind off “Poetic justice” in which virtue is ultimately rewarded and vice is punished by an ironic twist of fate intimately related to Murtha’s own conduct.

    Or, more simply stated, “What comes around goes around.”
