I really, really, really wonder why Rob did not criticize South Park but did criticize Bill Maher for doing essentially the same thing. We may never know…

It’s both disgusting and heartbreaking that anyone would even consider wearing something so tactless and just downright wrong. Stuff like this shakes my faith in humanity.

Yes, South park did do an Irwin thing--Satan threw a Halloween party and said to a guest that it was in poor taste to come dressed as Steve Irwin because it was just too soon. Of course, because Satan is such a putz he didn’t realize he was saying it to the “real” Irwin.

Seriously, what if his family were out on halloween and saw someone dressed like that.

They’d be offended and call him an ass probably, but he didn’t wear it to a family function or something.  Just because someone is going to be offended by something doesn’t necessarily make it wrong.  Since I don’t know Steve Erwin, and since he died such an unusual/odd death, this doesn’t really offend me much…

Sphag--yeah that was the one. I posted my comment before actually reading all the comments. I sometimes do an odd thing where I read the comments in reverse (from newest to oldest), I realized after I posted that it was somewhat redundant.

Either the South Park guys are very clever and subtle, or very overt and ignorant. I’d put my money on the former.

Looks like his big head to me. The scraggly wig is definately better than that deadanimal toup he wears on TV, too.
