Bill Maher Admits To Lying To Interviewees For His Anti-Religion Film

Bill Maher has a new anti-religion film out called “Religulous.” I’m not really interested in the film, or anything Bill Maher does for that matter, but it is interesting to hear him admit on CNN that he and his producers lied to the people who were interviewed for the film:

This has pretty much become standard operating procedure for liberals making these feature-length “documentaries” these days.  They start out with an agenda, they misrepresent themselves and their project to the people they interview, they cherry pick the words and reactions of the people they interview, and then they edit the final product to mislead the viewer.

It’s not information.  It doesn’t add anything to the debate over any issue or candidate/campaign.  It’s entertainment for people of a certain world view that entertains by appealing the hatred those people have for people who aren’t like them.

Did Maher interview Rev. Wright, Sharpton, Jackson, Farrakhan, or any other politically ideological ally?

Maher reminds me of a raging hemorrhoid.
