Bill Clinton Repeals The 22nd Amendment!

Don't believe me? Well here is the video where he makes campaign promises premised on "if you elect me . . . "

Actually the video is ambiguous, he could have just been speaking as if he were Hillary.

Amusing nonetheless. Reminds me of the famous Onion piece, Bill Clinton: 'Screw It, I'm Running For President.'
