Harvard economics professor Greg Mankiw notes that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will be a guest lecturer as part of an undergrad class at the George Washington University School of Business on central banking. Chairman Bernanke’s lectures will be on “The Federal Reserve and the Financial Crisis” and are scheduled for March 20 and 22, and 27 and 29 at 12:45pm. More info can be found here.
I think this is a great opportunity to learn more about what the Fed has been doing, and why, even for those of us who disagree with bits, or all, of Bernanke’s policies.
