Barack Obama Will Stop Crappy Jobs From Going Overseas

A spot-on skewering of the Obama campaign’s protectionism that’s funny because it’s true (R-rated language warning):

The other point to make about jobs going overseas is that when companies seek out the lowest-cost labor the rest of us benefit from lower prices for goods and services. Which means our dollars go further. Which means our wealth increases.
It’s a good thing.

While the whole globalization thing is leading the movement towards lower skill jobs being shipped overseas you have to blame the environmental, tax structure and regulatory structure of the left for contributing to this as well.

Think about it, if you can close your factory and outsource not only the jobs but most of the headaches to some people that actually want the job why wouldn’t you?

If you want to think about the future read my signature. Just remember both presidential candidates are equally wrong on global warming.

    Zsa Zsa,

Thank you so much for your advice. If it wasn’t for you, I might have thought pointing out that Americans truly don’t want to do jobs Mexicans are doing was a point.

But you, you have come here to this post and showed me how to truly lay down a comment that contributes to this thread. By insulting me, you have showed how one truly contributes to debate.

This whole time, I thought it was about making counter arguments.

I honestly feel sorry for the guy! I was just trying to help him out by suggesting he might think before he blabs?

Guy’s, He is only human. Isn’t he?

Rob goes about insulting blue collar workers across America. Classic.

I just love the soft bigotry of low expectations Rob applies to some jobs that leave this country. Yet, when they think it benefits then they cry about Mexicans coming into this country to do the work that Americans don’t want to do.

At least we now know that there is truth to the expression, “they are doing the work that Americans do not want to do”.

Thanks for insulting Americans who are happy to be pig farmers Rob, your elitism is beyond the pale.

    You’re not sorry.

Think before he blabs? Yeah! And if frogs had wings, they wouldn’t bump their little green butts as much, either!

OMG. That is funny as hell.

Hannitized, You continue blathering insults and never say anything. Has it ever occurred to you that you don’t ever add anything to the conversation other than wasted space? Sorry! BUT it is true.

If the Democrats really want to keep jobs in America, they’ll get rid of corporate taxes and personal income taxes…and replace them with a national sales tax.

That would immedietly make American products 20 to 30 percent more competitive.

I lost it when I saw the “former factory worker” putting Obama flyers under windshield wipers.

    Classic.

Good point, Whistler. For all their carping about the evils of “big business” there is nothing that promotes the organization of our economy into massive, monolithic corporations than liberal policy.

The abysmally complicated tax code? The maze of labor laws and regulations? The minimum wage? All things that hurt small businesses, who often don’t have the resources to comply with complicated tax codes and confusing regulations, and help big businesses who do have those resources.
