Barack Obama: There Is No Al Qaeda In Iraq

Except, of course, for that pesky little group which actually calls itself “Al Qaeda In Iraq.”

Yeah.  Let’s put this guy in charge of national security.

Comments

This guy is out of touch with reality and in my opinion incompetent.

Of course you realize that Al Quaeda in Iraq is a different organization than Al Quaeda.  He also said that the “Key Al Quaeda leadership is not in Iraq.” Which is true.

You know it is true.

So the only conclusion is that you are dishonest.

Lestat, do you remember some guy named Zarqawi - you know, the guy they called “the #3 overall leader of al Qaeda” (before our troops “demoted” him thoroughly, that is)?

Get a clue.

Demonstrating your complete ignorance on the topic, in any case. Al Qaeda is a blanket organization, and quite obviously there is an affiliation between al Qaeda in Iraq and its mother organization.  You need proof of that?  There’s plenty of evidence out there.

In any case, “key al Qeada leadership”?  Based on what stupid, ill-informed person’s definition is that?  The guys who are making the operational decisions that kill thousands of innocent civilians a year are there, not hiding in Pakistan.  Why are the others “key” and these not?

Anyway, at least Obama has finally wised up and is no longer claiming that al Qaeda isn’t in Iraq.  Remember Obama stating that he would willing to send US troops back in if “al Qaeda is forming a base there?” Duh.  They already have bases there, Barack Genius Obama.

That’s a good point goon.  I can’t listen to Barack without squirming anytime he talks foreign policy. Partly is because of his obvious ignorance of the subject, but partly because everything else he says is either a half-truth (McCain and the 100-year war) or an outright ad hominem (such as his comments about the war being Hillary’s and McCain’s).

One of the question marks that I have about him is whether he has the integrity that he claims he does.  So far he looks like politics as usual to me, just a little younger and less informed.

Thats cause Republicans put all their eggs in the Neo-Cons basket in 2000 in order to get someone to beat Gore.  The fiscal and isolationist leaning conservatives gave in to the Christian wing of the party and elected W.  I’d be willing to bet my next paycheck that the man couldn’t solve one side of a Rubik’s cube.  Now the party is as fractured as the Dem’s were in the 80’s.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Apparently he is expecting Rob to run this more on the Daily Kooks level.

So we can put hannitized in the category of Troll.

"Whiny" troll.

Those who think the party or the country, will be “taught a lesson” by handing the levers of power over to the liberals will learn a lesson, but it will be at the expense of our country and her liberties. And there are no guarantees that the party or the country will come out stronger, more conservative or better positioned to win elections against the incumbent liberals.

Hannitized:

We who are more than capable…

What in hell are you talking about?  If you choose not to debate the issues - for whatever reason - then why come here?

Your January and February posts were often well reasoned and documented. Food for thought. But in the last month, you have become silly, and worse yet, irrelevant.  Why?

Or you might reference his posts in this February thread:
Obama Gets Called Out On His Pro-Palestinian Past

...Rob’s claim and to state that this post states clearly what Baracks position is today is separate from the claim, IS an argument and IS eveidence.(sic)

Where he was equally whiny, equally wrong and equally fixated on Rob, not contented to simply disagree with him, but to make nonsensical claims about things Rob never said.
The troll hasn’t changed his spots!

You know, if he actually brought an argument, rather than busting on Rob all the time, he wouldn’t seem like such a whiny little bitch. In fact, if you Google ”whiny little bitch”, you probably get Hannitized! smile

That is pure genius why have the GOP not suggested that? It would be interesting to see what Barack has to say about it.

No, but I have the balls to call you a fucking loser who fixates on Rob and his accomplishments instead of trying to do something with your own pathetic existence! Get a life, Han-job!

Cute....youre sticking up for the Skipper, like the good lil buddy you are.  Keep it up.  It’s adorable.

Because this post is a pile of crap pparets.  Rob is completely misquoting him.  Obama did not say what the title of this post says.

Can you admit that, yes or no?

This site does not deserve my tempered responses because it’s a site that misrepresents truth and purposefully aspires to arm the useful idiots with misinformation.

Just look at the comments from this site pparets. (see below)

You see that.  Now this idiot is repeating the lie.  This is exactly what Rob sets out to do, arm the useful idiots.

This site is a joke.

That’s ”dis tempered” responses, whiny little bitch!

This site is a joke.

And yet, the whiny little bitch Hannitized can’t stay away from it, because he is fixated on Rob and Rob’s success and Han-job knows that if he were to start his own blog, it would blow chunks, like most of the crap he posts here!

Just out of curiosity, what spectrum in the “tempered response chart” does your comments fit in?

You idiot.

He said it, you can not prove that he didn’t. So you whine and cry and screech the Rob is a liar, because he keeps pointing out what a lying sack of shit your fellow racebaitingpovertypimp Democrats are.

And you can not stay away. Like all leftards, you are mentally deficient and incapable of stopping behaviors that harm you.

Oh, yea. Still waiting for you to list all those lies Rob tells.

This site is a joke.

Let’s recap:
Rob Port starts blog.
Blog grows in popularity over years( a known commodity).
Say Anything read nationwide, worldwide.
Blog achieves over 4 Million hits.
Whiny little bitch Hannitized shows up.
Han-job has his ass handed to him repeatedly.
Hannitized repeatedly bleats and cries and moans about how unfair it is that Rob is a success and everybody listens to him and Hannitized just sucks and nobody listens to him.
Wah. Call the Wahmbulance!

Hannitized:  I understand your frustration, but, when I listen to the vid, Senator Obama says..

Al Queda is not… the key Al Queda leadership is not in Iraq…

It’s a possible gaff, not unlike McCain’s “Al Queda in Iran”, for which the senator from Arizona was blasted directly by Obama.

But, Rob or any other blog-host is entitled to call Obama on it. And I think your outrage is a little over-the-top and misplaced.

Look, people of every persuasion - including the politically blind - post here. That does not make it a worthless site.  When a leftist looney says on DailyKos that he’s “dancing” because Heston is dead, does that make the site worthless?

You need to get over your peevishness and get back to debating the issues.  In other words, friend, attack the message, not the messenger.

Rob is completely misquoting him.  Obama did not say what the title of this post says.

I put the video of Obama’s actual comments right in the post.  You may find this error by Obama to be inconvenient for your politics, but that’s no reason to erupt in to a profanity-laced tirade against me.

Put bluntly: Don’t shoot the messenger, dude.

As for the level of discourse, I’m no prude.  If I were I’d have banned a lot of the commenters here.  As it is, I ban nobody because I understand that people get emotional when they talk politics - particularly when they don’t have the facts to back up their arguments - and often resort of name-calling and taunting instead of debate.

Heck, I’ve gotten ticked and let a couple of people have it on here.  I don’t claim to be perfect.

But Hannitized, you’d do a lot better to start off with the presumption that I simply disagree with you.  Not that I’m some sort of evil liar.  Maybe then we could enjoy a decent back-and-forth.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system.

Give me a break dude.  Obama caught himself in mid sentence in order to make sure he spoke specifically, and dim-wit still took him out of context.  And you are defending this???  Unbelievable.

I mean, what are you saying brother?  That Rob knew what he was going to say....but even though he didnt say it, Rob has the right to call him out on what was “might” have been a sentence that was inaccurate?

So now Rob has the right to call people on things they “ALMOST” said.....but, you know....didn’t?

Again...this site is a joke if that is what you think blogging is about.

I have an idea, why don’t we have a blog where everyone can contemplate what Obama, might have said....but....didn’t.

Let’s explore all the possibilities pparets?  Shall we?

Al Qaeda is not......gassy?

Al Qaeda is not.....fat?

Al Qaeda is not......giving money to George Bush?

What?  Al Qaeda is not what?

Take it away Rob..it’s anyones guess....and that is what you most of the time, guess.  Inaccurately.

You know what Rob.  Save it.  There was no error.

Your post title quotes Obama as saying “there is no Al Qaeda in Iraq”.  Obama said no such thing.  You are just posting this lie so that your idiotic and delusional minions can repeat it.

In fact, I am not even sure I can tell just how deluded your following are.  Anyone who listens to the video can hear what he said.  He was talking about the leadership.  The key Al Qaeda leadership.

This is all so very obvious.

But Hannitized, you’d do a lot better to start off with the presumption that I simply disagree with you.  Not that I’m some sort of evil liar.  Maybe then we could enjoy a decent back-and-forth.

Dude...seriously.  Quit kidding yourself.  There could never be a good back and fourth between you and I.  You are too far removed from reality for you to ever carry on a debate about facts, because you don’t know what a fact is.

Let’s do a test to prove it.  Shall we?

Obama said which of the following in this video clip?

1) Al Qaeda is not in Iraq.

2) The key Al Qaeda leadership is not in Iraq.

The moment you can answer that honestly will be the moment you and I can have a debate.

But until you correct this post and admit you are mistaken or more likely lyin
