Ba’athists Done Gone Home

The Captain had this interesting tidbit while he discussed how the enemy is funding their operations.  (Rob covered that here.)

The Ba’athists have mostly left the field in Iraq, convinced that they will not return to power. Their assets have been successfully frozen, and the remainder of their liquid funds now support them in comfortable lifestyles rather than paramilitary attempts to restore the Ba’athist regime. The insurgencies operating in Iraq now mostly consist of radical Islamists or sectarian militias, the kind of terrorists we want to face and beat in their territory rather than ours.

It looks like we are not fighting what we might call “Iraqi nationalists.” We are fighting the “army” of the global Jihad.  I think it’s for the better that we’ve sucked the worldwide terrorists into Iraq to fight us there.

What a brilliant plan!

Now that we have heard from The Captain,
what does Tennille have to say?

That’s pretty good, Woof. I like the humor. Of course, as usual, you miss the point by a wide mile, but that’s okay. You meant to be funny this time. You should be deliberately funny more often.

I thought he was always TRYING to be funny.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

Woof certainly is trying.

Will America hold to the principles of capitalism and free enterprise or will it embrace elements of socialism, Marxism and communism? Those are our choices.
Voting for conservative Republicans is the choice for free enterprise, personal, economic, religious and political freedom; any other choice supports socialism, Marxism and communism.
Throw out the Dems and the RINOs; save America
