Kathleen Wrigley is the chairowman of the sponsoring committee behind Marsy's Law. Kathleen is married to North Dakota Lt. Governor Drew Wrigley. Drew and Kathleen have three children. Before becoming a mom, Kathleen was director for Bismarck's Child Advocacy Center and was a speechwriter and assistant for former First Lady Nancy Schafer. Kathleen received a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and completed her graduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia.
