Aretha Franklin Was Awful

All due respect to Aretha Franklin, she was a fantastic performer in her time, but she put on a hideous performance tonight at the Super Bowl. For one, she looked terrible. For another, she sounded awful. Outside of Rosanne Barr's butchering of the national anthem at the World Series, Franklin's has to go down as one of the worst performances of that song ever.

I hope she gets a chance to put this performance behind her, because this would be a tragic way to end a storied career.

I literally felt the bile rise in my throat I would have rather she showed us one of those ugly goat titties at least then I would have been ok with the taste of vomit.

The worst performance of the national anthem I have ever seen (outside of Roseass Barr). I could not believe the NFL would allow this debacle.
