They can bill the US Government, but they can’t make them pay.

The military should bill the city for any extra security expenses and if they don’t pay blow ‘em all up.

How about send to Bill to the Protestors and if they don’t pay send to the Bill to the anti-American orgs like Moveon.org. George Soros has enough money to pay for this crap. I don’t know how the hell anyone with common sense can send the Pentagon the Bill. I would tell them to go pound sand.
