Anti-China Protestors In San Francisco Need A History Lesson

A reader sends along this picture taken during anti-Chinese protests in San Francisco held around the time the Olympic torch was making its way through the city:

Uh, morons:

I blame the union-run public schools.

LOL, liberal protesters who don’t know what they are talking about.  Not too much of a surprise there.  I am no fan on communist China but are they killing millions in the name of ethnic cleansing?

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

Thanks to modern public education, most of these types think history started the day they were born!

A troll is someone who only wants to stir up trouble, not have an honest debate.  Some signs that a poster is a troll:

Proof:

Thanks to public education…

Oh?  Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Al Gore and a host of the nation’s leading liberal thinkers - most of whom revise or twist history at the drop of a hat - are all private school graduates.

Historically, the liberal incubators in this country are not the public schools, but the private non-sectarian ones.

Stop perpetuating this myth.

"Here lies, in honored glory, an American soldier, known but to God.”

The stakes are high. Whether the issue is the economy, or energy, or the federal courts or national security, the right answers are coming not from the Democrats, but from the Republicans. The surge of operations that began a year ago is succeeding. The only way to lose this fight is to quit. Richard M. Cheney, Vice President, 30 May, 2008

pparets,

The myths those people learned weren’t at private grade schools.  They were learned from their parents or from Yale, Harvard, etc…

Barf, the morons can’t even print.  I would guess no penmanship in our schools either.

That’s gotta be the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while!!!!  Good catch, Rob.

The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.

Not really. Most private schools until college are religious and conservative in nature. Once you get into college, all the public colleges are liberal, and SOME of the private ones are. Traditionally blue areas have liberal colleges, and traditionally red areas have conservative ones. Religious nature also affects schools. But til college, the liberal bias is completely in public.

PP, perhaps you would like to give us a list of the “private” schools that are teaching leftist history revision in their curriculum.

And the small fact that the IOC is a bastion of leftists and 1 world government morons makes all this even funnier.

I saw this the other day and didn’t post it because it was so butt-stupid that I suspected it was a fake.

It would be nice to have a Buddhist Jesse Owens in the coming Olympics.

The person holding that sign needs to learn some history.

That is really funny--and Nazi Germany hosted both the summer and winter games in 1936.  So they did it not just once, but twice.
