Amnesty International’s Selective Outrage

On any given day of the week you can expect that someone from Amnesty International is protesting American treatment of detainees at Guantanamo Bay, or Israel’s use of force against Palestinian terrorists, but don’t expect them to condemn a teacher being publicly whipped for naming a teddy bear Mohammed.

That, after all, wouldn’t be politically correct.
