If you don’t want the job then find another one.

Scott Joseph Ripplinger, of Manvel, N.D., told a Traill County Sheriff’s Office deputy that on the evening of March 5, a van drove through a crowd of picketers at a high rate of speed, nearly running him over.

But according to the sheriff’s office report, video of the incident shows Ripplinger jumping on the hood of the slow-moving van, then walking to the driver’s side of the van as it “creeps through the crowd,” where he pounded on the window and yelled.

How stupid do you have to be to lie to the cops when anyone with a brain should know that they’d be caught on video. I hope the authorities give this guy the maximum penalty.

This guy along with a bunch of union thugs had surrounded the van and were pounding on the windows. I think they should all be charged with terrorizing.

Ripplinger was accusing the innocent driver of the van of an act that could result in a felony. That’s absolutely indefensible.

In this case a union member lied to the police and will likely receive severe repercussions. The union itself has lied to it’s members giving them false expectations of what would happen if they turned down the company’s offer. They told the union rank and file that American Crystal would never be able to make sugar and would have to come crawling back.

According to the linked news story this is the third union person to be charged with a crime related to the American Crystal picketing.
